March 31 commemorates the transfer of the Legislature Building while in the month of May is the celebration of the Arts Alive Annual Springtime in Arts & Crafts and Music Festival at Tillett Gardens. Every November, give way to the Agricultural and Food Fair at UVI Grounds in Reichhold Center as well as Arts Alive Annual Holiday at Arts & Crafts and Music Festival in Tillett Gardens. Lastly, the USVI-BVI and USVI-Puerto Rico Friendship Day in Emancipation Gardens happens every October.
