All of its visitors are not just treated to a sumptuous set of delectable continental dishes but are also entertained with live piano music. The rest of music that is being played inside the restaurant is set to imbibe some pirate spirit that is considered the myth behind the name of the place – some legendary pirate who rules the island some 200 years ago.

With its true, mystique ambiance, this amazing place has done well in contributing to the tourism progress of the island. It has elegant interior designs with the perfect lighting effects and fixtures. Their cuisine options are combinations of Asian and European dishes to entertain any culture and palate.

The restaurant will surely make you feel like the Blackbeard pirate who was in the verge of discovering all the Caribbean spices and herbs all at the same time!

The Virgin Islands are spicy and hearty. Most of their food are imported since they have poor quality of soil. Finding familiar food won’t be hard but restaurants put a tropical twist into North American dishes. An example of this is the addition of mango and Caribbean spices to salmon, a non-tropical fish. Famous dishes would be fungi cornmeal with okra boiled to a thick consistency. It is eaten with boiled fish or saltfish. Callaloo- soup made from callaloo bush/leaf, often substituted with spinach. It consists of Meat and okra added boiled to a thick stew consistency. Fruits consumed in the Virgin Islands include: sour apple, mango, papaya, soursop, genip, sea grapes, tamarinds and goose berries. Pate-(Pronounced PAH-TEH),fried bread with various meats including beef, chicken and saltfish stuffed inside. Johnny cake (‘journey cake’) is also a popular pastry. As for the drinks, you must try the bush tea, maubi and sorrel.
