It is where you can find an underwater observatory which renders you a chance to view all kinds of marine life without having to get wet.

Because of this attraction, Coki Beach can really get utterly saturated at times. Both adults and kids alike can enjoy and have a great time in the Coral World especially if you have never really experienced seeing the beauty underwater.

You would have to pay for an admission fee though but if you would take part in the island tours, then you would have to pay for the entire tour package. If you want to reach it on your own, then you can just grab a taxi from the Charlotte Amalie or just ride the East End bus.

There is a wide array of international shopping spots within the island and one of the most well known shopping areas is the Havensight Mall. It houses more than 60 shops to deliver an exquisite shopping experience for every visitor located near the main ship dock of Havensight and Red Hook’s American Yacht Harbor.

This is the perfect place to find your Caribbean souvenirs and there are still many more shops to discover in the hidden alleys of the place. You can surely find all the best buys in this store from books, guides, clothing, china, watches, cameras, crafts, island goods and many more. What is good news is that there are no inclusion of custom duties or what they call as the luxury taxes.

If you got disappointed with yesterday’s review about Coki Point Beach because it lacks privacy then give way to Lindberg Bay. Named after aviator Charles A. Lindberg, this place line of trees is the home to two famous hotels which are the Emerald Beach Hotel and the Island Beachcomber. Perfect for adult sports activities like windsurfing, kayaking and snorkeling, children can also enjoy its beach playground. You can also have various dining options in this open-air place which is just few minutes away from Charlotte Amalie.

If you are looking for ultimate peace then this place is not for you. Always crowded with locals and guests, the Coki Point Beach is well-known for its practicality. With its wide area, nice view, good facilities, lots of shades and activities and delicious food, what more can you wish for? The beach has grand sand, crystal-clear water, great view of Thatch Cay as well as good spots for snorkeling.

You can find vendors in this place that will offer you snorkeling gears as well as fish food but beware of pickpockets as well as annoying hair braiders. It is located near the Coral World underwater tower that will enable you to have a closer look with the marine ecosystem without getting wet.

It was recognized by the National Geographic Magazine as one of the ten leading Caribbean Beaches in the world.

Buck Island was preserved since 1948 to protect the endangered species in the place and it was proclaimed a national monument during the time of John F. Kennedy in 1961. There are lots of tour boats that one can take to explore Buck Island along with other sailing tours.

You should not miss taking the snorkeling trail underwater to see the numerous fish specimens and numerous corals. The Renegade Tour would surely complete your visit since it is a boat with a bottom made of glass window so you can see the great wonders of the sea during your ride. Their Outdoor Market is an added attraction as well to buy fresh fruits that you can enjoy for a picnic.

Once inside the Lotus Asian Grill and Sushi Bar in American Yacht Harbor in Red Hook, don’t be surprised if you feel that you have been teleported to the island of Manhattan. This sister restaurant of pan-Latin eatery Havana Blue, Lotus has walls in apple-green color as well as lacquered panels that are carefully carved. Some guests find this place experimental with its unique designs as well as the presentation of its sushi. In playful rolls, the sushi may have other ingredients to partner with. This may include tofu, onions, red peppers, ginger, cheese and even Chinese mustard aioli.

If Asian-themed cocktails delight you, why not order Zen-tinis and Sakejitos at the bar before have a sincere talk with your loved one? Open daily from 5:30 to 10:30pm, this relaxing place also offers candlelit tables with schools of silver fishes on the giant video screen as background.
